Amy Garcia attended the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Liberal Arts/English. She worked in advertising and public relations while living in Dallas, Texas. After her move back to Austin, she owned a series of event facilities and hospitality ranches. In 2004, she earned her Real Estate license and specialized in residential and relocation. She received numerous awards and became a multi-million dollar producer the first year with Prudential Texas Realty. In 2008 she joined the team at Red McCombs & Hal Jones Development and ran the marketing & membership programs at The Reserve at Lake Travis. She and her husband of 30 years re-located to Rockport-Fulton, Texas in 2013 to oversee the latest development for McCombs Properties, The Reserve at St Charles Bay – where she sold over $25 Million in Real Estate within a 4 year period in this community. In 2018 she decided to go back to her love of general Real Estate and she joined the team at Spears & Co. She is excited to continue her passion for Texas coastal real estate. She spends her free time fishing & traveling.
