Hello, my name is Jennifer Pace, I am excited to introduce myself as one of the newest members of the Spears and Co Real Estate team.
Like many of you, our family chose to move to Rockport because of the small community feel and the opportunities the coastal bend affords us.
Not only is Rockport a great place to raise a family, but it is also one of the best communities to retire in as well.
As an agent it’s my job to help families find the perfect home or property that fits all their needs. To do this I knew the only place for me was with Spears and Co Real Estate.
Alissa Spears was one of the very first people we met two years ago when my husband and I sold our ranch and moved to Rockport.
She and her husband Sam showed our family just who they were then.We were in need of a storage facility and there were none available.
They emptied out half of their personal storage space, so we could have a safe place keep our things until we found more permanent place.
Because of her kindness, I knew when the time was right, Alissa was the only broker I would want to work for because Spears and Co takes the same kind care with our clients and friends as I do.
